Aside from the workouts, you’ll also need to monitor your daily intake of calories. We know it’s hard, and that’s why we highly recommend downloading a calorie counting app, which can help you stick to a calorie count diet. Our staff personally use My Fitness Pal, but the choice again is all yours. You’ll only need 5 to 10 lb dumbbells and a resistance rubber band to complete the exercises, which can easily be stored anywhere in your home or office and are relatively low in cost compared to other workout plans.
